Shipping

We deliver in Switzerland for CHF 5.00 all our orders from DPD with a delivery service to your home in 24 | 48H business, an online tracking number, with SMS information and the possibility of delivery, time and date of delivery and up to 3 delivery attempts. Delivery in Switzerland is available from CHF 120. Each package transported across its network has a neutral carbon footprint at no extra cost to the customer.

Pick-up at Shop in Lausanne (Free)

We also offer you the opportunity to place an order in our e-shop and pick up your finished order, which was paid on the website, directly in our store in Lausanne for free. When confirming the order, choose it.

Sichere Bezahlung

When confirming your order, you can make secure payments with PostFinance PSP by PostCard, and pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), E-PostFinance direct debit, Paypal or SwissBilling invoice (see below). Once the payment process is completed, you will be automatically redirected to our website. There are no additional costs for credit card payments. As required by the law, we can not see and save your credit card details, as the process is fully made on our PostFinance PSP.

The order is effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment offices.

In accordance with current regulations and to ensure the security and confidentiality of its information, L'ALPAGE Cosmetics SA does not store its customers' bank details. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to record and print his payment certificate if he wishes to retain the payment details of his order. Credit card information is encrypted to protect the customer.

Payment on Invoice with Swissbilling

PAYMENT WITH INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS with our Partner swissbilling.
swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way.
The Invoice will be sent from swissbilling separately from your order, per email or regular mail, depending on your choice. swissbilling’s services are based on a fix fee and your maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 850.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. For security matters, shipping address and billing address must be identical. swissbilling keeps the right to have a credit check control done through it’s partner CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 0848 333 222, www.crif.ch).
